Commercial law, also known as mercantile law or trade law, is the body of law that applies to the rights, relations, and conduct of persons and business engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade, and sales. It is often considered to be a branch of civil law and deals with issues of both private law and public law. Commercial lawsuits are lawsuits that arise out of business between merchants or between non-traders and merchants. For a lawsuit to be eligible for litigation, it must include the subject matter of the business. A noncommercial lawsuit cannot be filed in a commercial court. Commercial lawsuits can be classified into several categories:
A) Corporate lawsuits These lawsuits relate to lawsuits between companies, shareholders , partners and natural and legal third parties
B) Commercial documents This part of the lawsuit is related to issues such as promissory note, check, etc.
C) Lawsuits related to trademarks and industrial designs
D) Commercial contracts
