"Features of Arbitration"

Arbitration, as a dispute resolution method based on the agreement and satisfaction of the parties, has turned into the most important dispute resolution method in light of its unique features and advantages. The first feature of arbitration is its mutually consented nature.

The second feature of arbitration is its usually faster trend than the court.

The third feature of arbitration is the requirement to issue a decision by the arbitration and the binding as well as applicable nature of the decision.

In addition to the above features, arbitrators are usually experts and the parties can choose experts as arbitrators in the field of their dispute.
