"Criticism of Law Education in the University"

The field of law is one of the few academic fields not known as a purely theoretical scientific field, nor as a technical and applied field; therefore, considering the special nature of the topics of this field, it is necessary to adopt an appropriate approach regarding the teaching method and content of this field by taking into consideration the content of scientific and practical knowledge that requires the study and examination of theories, principles and rules, in addition to learning the required skills and techniques.

Based on the above considerations, in policy-making for law education in universities, it is necessary to first conclude that in which of these fields higher education is the tool and origin of policy-making.
