"Kidnapping and Human Trafficking"

By kidnapping, it is meant that a person is moved without their consent (as opposed to illegal seizure and imprisonment in which moving is not necessary).

If the abducted person appears to consent, but their consent is not real, the kidnapping condition is met. The crime of human trafficking is somewhat similar to kidnapping.

Article 2 of the Human Trafficking Law points to the acts that are considered as human trafficking. For example:

* Organized passing of people across the border in an organized manner, even though it is with their consent
